Royalty-Free License Agreement (B2C)

This License Agreement is a legal contract between you (the "Licensee") and MotionLibrary.io. By downloading any video templates or assets ("Licensed Material"), you agree to the terms below.

1. Grant of License

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, and non-transferable right to use the Licensed Material for the purposes outlined below. This license is granted to one (1) individual user.

2. Permitted Uses ✅

You may use the Licensed Material for:

  • Personal Projects: Social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.), YouTube videos, and personal websites.
  • Commercial Work: Monetized content, digital advertisements, and promotional videos for your business.
  • Client Deliverables: You may use the material to create a final video for a client, provided the client receives a rendered video file (e.g., MP4) and not the original source files.
  • Modifications: You are encouraged to edit colors, text, and elements to fit your creative vision.

3. Prohibited Uses ❌

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Resale/Redistribution: You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the template "as is" or as part of another stock library.
  • No Source Sharing: You may not share project files (AEP, PRPROJ, etc.) with third parties or make them available for download.
  • AI Training: You may not use the Licensed Material to train, test, or refine any artificial intelligence or machine learning algorithms.
  • Illegal Use: Use of materials in any defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful manner.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Material, including all copyrights, remain the sole property of MotionLibrary.io. This agreement does not transfer ownership to you.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Licensed Material is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. MotionLibrary.io shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MotionLibrary.io is established.
