Legal Basis & Compliance
We comply with data protection laws such as GDPR (for EU residents) and CCPA (for California residents). We process personal data on the following grounds:
- Performance of a contract: Providing services to you.
- Your consent: Marketing emails, and all non-essential cookies — including analytics, functionality and marketing cookies. These are only set after you allow them in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: Security, fraud prevention, and server-side logs needed to keep the Service running.
- Legal obligations: Compliance with laws.

Cookies & Tracking
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, personalize content and ads, and analyze traffic. Cookies may be:
- Necessary: Required for core functionality.
- Performance: Analytics and usage stats.
- Functionality: Remembering settings.
- Marketing: Promotional tracking (if enabled).
Your choice comes first
Non-essential cookies are switched off until you allow them. When you first visit the Service, a banner asks which categories you accept. Until you accept, our analytics provider stores nothing on your device and receives only an anonymous, cookieless signal that a page was viewed.

Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Google LLC, to understand how the Service is used — which pages are visited, from which country and on which type of device. We do not send your name, email address or any other directly identifying information to Google. For signed-in users we send your account number, which means nothing outside our own systems.
This may involve transferring data to servers outside your country, including the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Google's own explanation of this processing is available at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and a browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page to reopen the banner and change your choices at any time. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it: switching Performance off stops analytics immediately and deletes the analytics cookies already stored in your browser. You can also manage cookies via your browser settings. For US residents, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism is available as well.

Data Sharing & Third Parties
